Tcxh-a digester series

The tcxh-a digester is composed of A two-stage split digester. The first level is a type of the lime slaker, structure for the stirring shaft, transmission part adopts the control motor, material into the first level after the digesters, the nozzle jet of water under the effect of stirring blades to digest of mixed, then through discharging mouth discharge into the secondary digesters. The second stage is the maturation machine, and the lime and water are further reacted in this section to generate calcium hydroxide. This level is a single mixing shaft, and a high efficiency dust collector is installed above the top cover plate. The types of digesters reasonable structure, flexible arrangement, product quality is reliable, the equipment investment is not high, suitable for annual production capacity of 35000 tons - 70000 tons scale enterprise use, especially suitable for the use of old factory building reconstruction process arrangement.
