Tcxh-c type digester series

Tcxh-c digests are new production equipment developed on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology, and the technical performance is synchronized with the advanced level of the world. The types of digesters is composed of triple digesters and filter a monolithic units, including digesters for twin shaft, shaft speed is adjustable, secondary digesters for single shaft, level 3 digesters for single shaft. The unit strengthened the mixing of the material and water, enhanced the digesting capacity of the digester, so that the lime could be eliminated to the maximum extent, and the product quality was improved to the maximum extent.

The digester is modular, compact and easy to install. The three stage digester is arranged from top to bottom, so that the heavy load equipment of the system can be all installed on the ground, thus reducing the building load and reducing the area of land, and saving the investment of civil construction. The digester is suitable for the annual production scale of 20000 tons to 100000 tons, which is used by enterprises with high quality requirements.
