Automatic alarm for parameters that exceed the normal value of operation, automatically cut off material and water supply when critical, so as to ensure the normal operation of system equipment and product quality.

 

The system also has the following functions

1. Report function: automatically generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

2. Communication extension function: can upload all operational data to the first level control system, thus realizing the central control of DCS form.

3. Data storage function: it can store all kinds of main operating parameters in the computer for more than six months.

4. Alarm function: automatically emit sound and light alarm for parameters that exceed the normal value.
